利用泡沫扫描仪研究了α-烯烃磺酸钠(AOS)与阴离子、两性离子、非离子及阳离子表面活性剂复配体系的泡沫性能,提出利用泡沫综合指数方法分析对比不同复配体系的泡沫性能。实验结果表明:AOS与十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)、月桂酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱(LHSB)、月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱(LAPB)或非离子双子表面活性剂(DWS)复配具有较好的协同增效作用,复配体系泡沫性能可得到大幅提高。AOS与十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)或壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP)复配分子间的协同增效作用较差,泡沫综合指数没有明显提高。在AOS与十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTAB)质量比在1/9~2/8或8/2~9/1之间,AOS与CTAB复配体系具有协同增效作用,泡沫综合指数较大。AOS与少量的单分子双季铵盐(MD)复配,可以提高AOS的泡沫性能。
The foam properties of compounded systems were studied by using foam scan- ner, and the systems included sodium alpha olefin sulfonate (AOS) compounded with anionic surfactant, zwitterionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant, or cationic surfactant. The authors put forth the foam composite index (FCI) method, which is used to analyze and compare foaming properties of different compounded systems. The results showed that the compounded systems have strong synergistic effect, which includes AOS com- pounded with sodium lauryl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate (AES), lauramidopropyl hy- droxy sulfobetaine (LHSB), lauramidopropyl dimethyl betaine (LAPB), or nonionic gemini surfactant (DWS). So the foam properties of compounded systems can be vastly improved. While the compounded systems of AOS and sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS), nonyl phenyl polyoxyethylene ether (OP) have poor synergistic effect, the FCI of compounded systems are not obviously changed. When the quality ratio of AOS and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (CTAB) is between 1/9-2/8 or 8/2-9/1, the compounded system of AOS and CTAB has good synergistic effect. The FCI of com pounded system is very bigger. The compounded system of AOS and hexamethylene bisbromotrimethyl amine (MD) has good foam properties with a little MD content .
