采用旋转液滴法测定了在不同碱浓度下自制的3种结构烷基芳基磺酸盐(C19—4S、C19-6S、C19—8S)与大庆六厂原油体系的油-水动态界面张力,分别考察了磺酸盐结构、强碱和弱碱浓度对油-水动态界面张力最小值(DIFTmin)和动态界面张力平衡值(DIFTcqu)的影响。结果表明,在各自适宜碱浓度下,3种结构烷基芳基磺酸盐均可使大庆六厂原油-表面活性剂-碱体系的油-水界面张力达到超低值(10^-3mN/m);随芳环在烷基芳基磺酸盐长烷链上的位置向烷链中心移动,达到DIFTmin、DIFTcqu所需的强碱或弱碱的浓度降低、时间缩短。
By using spinning drop method, the oil-water dynamic interfacial tensions in the system of crude oil-surfactant-alkali, in which the crude oil was from 6th Plant of Daqing Oilfield and three kinds of alkyl aryl sulfonates synthesized in laboratory were used as surfaetant, were measured at different alkali concentrations. The impacts of the structure of the sulfonates, the concentrations of strong alkali and weak alkali on the minimum oil-water dynamic interfacial tension (DIFTmin) and the equilibrium oil-water dynamic interfacial tension(DIFTequ) were discussed, respectively. The results showed that all the oil-water interfacial tension in the system of crude oil-alkyl aryl sulfonate-alkali could reach ultra-low values (10 a mN/m) under appropriate alkali concentration, which was different from each other of alkyl aryl sulfonate. Furthermore, with the aromatic ring moving to the center of the alkyl chain of alkyl aryl sulfonates, the DIFTmin and DIFTequ of the crude oil system could be obtained under lower alkali concentration, and less time was needed.
