比较了不同消毒剂和处理方式对＂龙纹＂豇豆种子的消毒效果及无菌生长的效应。结果表明：先消毒再浸种的效果较好,其中0.1%的升汞消毒8 min的效果最佳（污染率为11%,萌发率为77%）。消毒后将种子接种在附加有300 mg/L头孢噻肟钠的培养基中,能有效减少培养过程中的污染率（7%）,同时不影响无菌幼苗的生长,10 d后85%无菌苗株高可达3 cm以上。
英文摘要：
The effects of different seed disinfection methods on Longwen cultivar cowpea seeds wereinvestigated. Optimum results were achieved by surface sterilizing the seeds with 0. 1% mercurybichloride solution for 8 minutes（contamination rate 11%,germination rate 77%）. The contaminationrate can be efficiently decreased by adding 300 mg/L cefotaxime sodium to the medium after surfacesterilization（7%）. This method does not affect the normal growth of plants,85% of plants reached theheight of 3 cm after 10 days.
