理论走进实践不仅必要,而且可能。以主体教育实验为例,演绎性理论走进实践,其基本流程的核心环节有三个,即选择、组织有价值的“长线”理论,以实践的逻辑让实践者明了理论,反思生成的归纳性理论修正、补充演绎性理论。在理论走进实践的过程中,理论工作者应思考如下核心命题:变“指导者”心态为“接受检测”的虔诚态度;走向实践的理论需以实践的逻辑进行加工与改造;理论走向实践是解放实践者而不是束缚实践者;理论与实践是双向转化、共生滋养的关系,不是单向的“指导或给予”关系。
The integration of theory with practice is not only necessary, but also possible. Taking the subjective education experiment for example, the integration of deductive theory with practice needs three core links, namely, to select or organize valuable "long-term" theory, to let the practitioners understand the theory by practice logic, and to generate inductive theory through reflection, which can amend and supplement deductive theory. In the process of integrating theory with practice, theorists should consider the following core propositions: turning the "mentor" mentality into the "being tested" pious attitude; the theory that integrates practice needs to be processed and remoulded by practice logic ; it's a process of liberating the practitioners rather than constraint them when integrating theory with practice ; it's a relationship of two-way conversion and nourishment between theory and practice, not a relationship of one-way "guidance or offering".
