A knowledge management platform had been built in the paper. Based on the levels of knowledge interaction, three alternative platforms （EDI, Multi-agent and internet/Intranet/extranet） could be selected,then a decision-making model of knowledge management and information management was further acquired. The structure of knowledge management platform and the framework of software and hardware infrastructure had been carried out.
