Bassed on the analysis of the three factors of modular organization model of VE - the modular product, modular value - chain and modular enterprise, this paper puts foreword a confederative / stellated modular organi- zation model and joint of VE. The model can both enhance agility and reduce complexity, and can solve the problem of controlling in mass area and taking self - governing at separated area in a better way, and can provide a better organization model for VE.
