颈动脉粥样硬化（CAS）是心脑血管疾病发生、发展的重要危险因素。近年来对此病症的相关研究颇多,而中医药以整体观念为指导,在本病治疗的多个阶段都发挥着重要的作用,基于此,文章从CAS的病名、病因病机及治疗等方面对其中医药治疗研究进展作一综述。

Carotid atherosclerosis（ CAS） is the important risk factor for cardiovascular disease occurrence and development.In recent years,this disease related to a lot of researches. Guided by the overall concept of Chinese medicine,the treatment of this disease in multiple stages plays an important role. Based on this,this article reviewed the medical treatment research progress from the CAS name,pathogenesis and treatment.
