目的:采用GC—MS法对猫爪草中的脂肪酸进行分析。方法:使用RTX-5NS(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm)弹性石英毛细管色谱柱,采用程序升温,进样口温度为280℃,分流比为20:1,流速为1.1mL·min^-1,分析时间共20min,对猫爪草提取物的甲酯化样品进行GC—MS分析,质谱图用NIST谱库检索,鉴定各种脂肪酸,并用色谱峰面积归一化方法测定其相对含量。结果:鉴定出18种脂肪酸,主要成分亚油酸、软脂酸、油酸、亚麻酸和硬脂酸的相对百分含量分别为48.11%,21.37%,13.75%,8.86%,1.75%。结论:本法简便、快速,灵敏度高。
Objective:To analyze the fatty acids in Radix Ranunculi Ternati with GC - MS method. Methods:The temperature programmed processes was performed on the column of RTX -5 MS (30 m×0. 25 mm, 0. 25 μm)with the duty time being 20 min, the temperature of injection port was set at 280 ℃, the split ratio at 20: 1, and the column flow rate at 1.1 mL·min^-1. The methyl esters were identified by comparing the mass spectra with those in NIST library, their relative contents were determined by using normalization method of chromatographic peak areas. Results: Eighteen fatty acids were detected. The relative contents of linoleic acid, palmitic acid, oleic acid, linolenic acid and stearlc acid were 48.11% ,21.37% , 13.75% ,8. 86% and 1.75% ,respectively. Conclusion:The GC - MS method is simple, rapid and sensitive for the determination of fatty acids in Radix Ranunculi Ternati.
