本文研究网络零售商同时采用自有库存和drop—shipping(供应商代发货)方式履行订单情况下,如何利用基于阈值K的库存分配策略来服务于高、低两种不同优先级的需求(前者边际收益更大),以获取最大收益.在(Q,r)补货策略之下,建立了解析模型,给出了求解最优决策变量(Q,r,K)的算法,分析了系统参数对阈值的影响,并且比较了采用和不采用库存分配策略情况下的最优成本.结果表明,基于阈值的库存分配策略具有明显的节约成本的作用,且网络零售商的库存持有成本越大、边际收入差异率越大时,采用这种库存分配策略的效益越明显.
This paper studies threshold level (K) based inventory rationing policies for Interact retailers who use both internal stock and drop-shipping as order fulfillment options when they are facing two kinds of demands: high and low priority demands with high and low margins respectively. A model within the framework of a continuous review ( Q, r) inventory system is developed. Then an algorithm for the determination of an optimal( Q, r, K) policy is given, the effects of system pat rameters on the threshold level are analyzed and the optimal cost between the cases with and without inventory rationing policy are compared. The results show that the threshold level based inventory rationing policy can offer significant cost saving over the inventory system without inventory rationing policy. This benefit will increase with increases of the intemet retailers' inventory holding cost and margin difference ratio.
