由于潜在的经济利益以及越来越严的环保、法律的要求,回收再制造活动逐渐成为企业关注的对象.在回收再制造情形下,企业必须同时面对生产和需求的随机性,因此需要对传统的只考虑需求随机性的最优生产决策进行扩展.讨论了再制造部件与常规新部件之间分别呈替代、互补关系时企业的最优单周期生产决策,给出了最优生产数量满足的解析表达式.结论表明,在部件替代关系下,回收部件可转化为对需求的某种抵消;在部件互补关系下,最优生产决策依赖于需求和回收的分布,并且相对传统报童模型最优产量有所减少.
Product remanufacturing has been more and more prevailing because of the underlying economic benefits and people' s more concern about environment pressure as well as stricter regulations. Enterprises with used-product return collection and remanufacturing should pay attention to the uncertainties in both demands and the production process, and adapt their production decision to these uncertainties. In the proposed models, the optimal production decision is found when remanu- factured parts and new parts are substitutable or complementary. If remanufactured parts and new parts are substitutable, the return collections can be treated as some kind of counteraction to the final demand. If remanufactured parts and new parts are complementary, the optimal production decision depends on the distributions of the demand and return collections, and the optimal production quantity is less than the solution of the traditional news-vendor model.
