进行3-氨丙基膦酸(APP)在Ti-O薄膜表面的自组装并在其表面接枝明胶分子,研究了细胞相容性.结果表明,APP自组装的最佳温度为80℃,时间为4 h,自组装后水接触角降低,表面C、N元素含量提高;表面明胶在模拟体液中前4 d有少量释放,之后体系稳定,稳定后表面明胶的有效密度为2.3μg/cm^2.接枝改性后的Ti-O薄膜表面促进了内皮细胞的生长和增殖,提高了表面的细胞相容性.
3-aminopropylphosphonic acid (APP) self-assembling on Ti-O films was done, gelatin was further grafted onto APP modified surfaces, and cell compatibility of Ti-O films before and after grafting was investigated. The results showed that optimal temperature of assembling was 80 ℃and the time was 4 h. After APP assembling, water contact angle decreased and the surface C, N content increased. A small amount of gelatin was released in the first 4 days in PBS, but after that it kept stable on the surface. The surface density of stably immobilized gelatin was 2.3μg/cm^2. The growth and proliferation of endothelial cells was enhanced on the modified surface, which indicated the cell compatibility of the surface was improved.
