文章以北京、上海、广东、浙江、江苏、山东六省市为例分析了我国经济发达地区现代服务业发展水平区域差异现象，并用数据包络分析法对技术效率区域差异假说进行了实证检验。研究表明：各经济发达地区的现代服务业在服务外包、集聚效应、外资拉动三条发展路径上存在差异，进而导致现代服务业六个子行业——信息传输、计算机服务和软件业、租赁与商业服务业、金融、科技服务业、教育以及文化产业的技术效率差异，最终造成我国经济发达地区现代服务业发展水平区域差异。

英文摘要：

The objective of this paper is threefold： first, to describe the regional difference of development level realized in China＇ s developed area modern service industries; secondly, to discuss the regional difference of technical efficiency in China＇ s service sector and its influence on the development level, using DEA; thirdly, to find the factors affecting the technical efficiency. The main research results show that the regional difference of technical efficiency in China＇ s developed area modern service industries does exist in three main development paths, including service outsourcing model, combined effect model and foreign fund raising, which finally lead to different development levels in service industries.
