Based on the 1985、1990、1995,2000,2005 input-output tables compiled by OECD,combining with nations different industrial characteristics and economic development situation,the Paper analyzes the relationship of Interactions and Convergence between logistics industry and manufacturing and their dynamic changes law of member countries of OECD,such as China,Korea and some G7 countries： the United States,Britain,France,Germany,Italy,Canada,Japan.The result is important for us to correctly understand China＇s interactive development of logistics industry and manufacturing,which is also helpful for the interactive policy formulation.
