取泛函通用涡旋型线的特殊涡旋型线对其研究涡旋压缩机的整机性能。以此型线为基础,对影响整机性能的关键部件动、静涡旋盘的高度、主轴转角、基圆渐开角、基圆半径参数进行气体力分析。利用Matlab的遗传算法工具分析动、静涡盘上的轴向气体力、径向气体力、切向气体力、倾覆力矩和自转力矩与参数的关系,获得了参数值的约束范围,得到4个基本参数与力总体上呈现线性关系结论。并用实例计算验证了约束范围的有效性,优化后比优化前压缩比提高4.6%,体积利用率提高2.35%。从而达到避免参数选取的盲目性,提高涡旋压缩机整机性能的目的。
The special scroll profiles of functional general scroll profiles is used to analyze the machine performance of the scroll compressor.Based on this kind of profile.In this paper the gas power affecting machine performance,including height,spindle rotation angle,involute angle and radius of base circle has been analyzed.Using the Matlab,the relation between axial gas power,radial gas power,tangential gas power,overturning torque and rotation torque of dynamic and static vortex plate has been calculated,and the parameter,range has been obtained and the linear relationship between four basic parameters has been illustrated in calculation results.The practice calculated results verified the effectiveness of constraint range,and the compression ratio increases by 4.6% comparing with that prior to optimization,the volume utilization increases by 2.35%.
