This paper analyses the economic scale of Seed Industry Enterprises and explains how to make the scope of Seed Industry Enterprises big so that to make the large-scale production effect. On the basis of analysing behavior in small scale of Seed Industry Enterprises , it probes into the drawback in small scale of Seed Industry Enterprises and puts forward the developing thinking of fostering the big enterprise.
