为了改善风电场出力特性,提出了一种新的电池储能平抑风电场出力短期波动的运行控制策略——超前控制策略。超前控制策略基于当前的简单控制策略,考虑了未来的风电出力波动对储能装置的当前充放电行为的影响,是一种具有前瞻性的方法。在超前控制策略中,引进了风电预测可信周期的概念,并通过滚动优化计算实现电池储能的动态控制。该方法可降低储能电池的荷电状态约束对其充放电行为的影响,可有效提高储能电池的利用效率。利用该运行控制策略对某大型风电场与电池储能联合运行系统的出力特性进行了研究,结果证明了该策略的有效性。
A new operation control strategy for battery energy storage system( BESS) called pre-control strategy is proposed for smoothing the short-term fluctuations of wind powers in order to improve the wind farm s output characteristics. The pre-control strategy takes into account the influence of future wind power on the current charging and discharging of BESS based on the current simple control strategy. It is a prospective decision-making method. The concept of trusted cycle for wind power prediction is introduced in the pre-control strategy,and the dynamic control of BESS is realized by rolling optimization calculation. This method can reduce the influence of the state of charge( SOC) constraints on the BESS charging and discharging,while effectively improve the utilization efficiency of batteries. Finally,the power output characteristics of a large-scale wind power and BESS combined system is studied by the using operation strategy,and the results show the efficiency of the proposed strategy.
