采用土培试验,以甘蓝型油菜为供试作物,研究了陕西渭北旱塬低硒、低锌土壤上,硒、锌对甘蓝型油菜产量和营养品质的影响。试验结果表明,硒对油菜生物量和产量没有明显的影响。锌或硒锌配施对油菜生物量和产量有增加趋势;施硒促进油菜籽对钾、硒元素的吸收累积,而在一定程度上抑制了磷、硫、钙和镁元素的吸收。施锌促进油菜对钾、钙、铁、锰、铜、锌、硼的吸收累积,而对氮、硫的吸收有抑制作用。硒锌配合施用有利于促进油菜对硒、锌的吸收累积,而对铁的吸收有一定的抑制作用;施硒对油菜籽含油量、芥酸有增加趋势,对蛋白质、硫甙含量有降低趋势。施锌对油菜籽含油量有增加趋势,对蛋白质、硫甙、芥酸有降低趋势。硒锌配施,油菜含油量、蛋白质、硫甙无变化,芥酸明显下降。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of application of selenium(Se) and zinc(Zn) on the seed yield and quality of Brassica napus in the northern dryland of Shaanxi province,where the Se and Zn contents in soils are low.The results showed that application of selenate fertilizer had no significant effects on the rape biomass and yields.Zinc application or Zn combined with Se application tended to increase rape biomass and yields.Selenate application increased Se and K contents of rape seed,but decreased P,S,Ca and Mg contents.Zinc application increased K,Ca,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn and B contents of rape seed,but decreased N and S contents.Combined application of Se and Zn increased Se and Zn contents of rape seed,but decreased Fe contents.Application of Se increased oil and erucic acid contents and slightly decreased protein and glucosinolate contents.Zinc application slightly increased oil,but decreased protein and glucosinolate and erucic acid contents.Combined application of Se and Zn did not affect oil,protein and glucosinolate contents,but significantly decreased erucic acid content.
