在新产品及再制造产品的需求均为不确定的情形下,考虑了两种产品之间消费者支付意愿的差异性,分别建立了制造商回收、零售商回收及第三方回收三种不同回收模式下的再制造闭环供应链模型,并给出求解的优化条件,然后利用数值仿真对三种回收模型进行了求解和比较分析。结果表明,制造商主导的再制造闭环供应链中,第三方回收模式下制造商利润最高,制造商回收模式下新产品及再制造产品的零售价均最低,制造商利润、零售商利润及渠道总利润随再制造产品的消费者支付意愿的增加先减少后增加。
Based on uncertain demand and WTP differentiation,this paper researches on the selection of recycling model under three models: manufacturer recycling,retail recycling,third-party recycling.The optimum conditions for solving are given.Then the comparative analysis is implemented on the solution of the three recovery models by numerical simulation.The results show that the manufacturer's profit is highest in third-party recycling model and the new product and remanufactured products' retail price is lowest in manufacturer recycling model.Moreover,the manufacturer's profit,retailer's profit and channel total profit first decrease and then increase with the consumer willingness to pay of remanufactured products increased.
