风电机组设备重量大、尺寸长,对风电场运输道路有特殊要求。根据风机道路运输车辆代表车型转弯稳定性和行驶轨迹,系统研究了横向滑移稳定性、横向倾覆稳定性和甩尾悬挂稳态转弯的影响,并进行计算分析。研究得出风机运输道路平曲线转弯半径主要受甩尾悬挂稳态转弯的影响,推荐出风机运输道路平曲线一般最小半径和极限最小半径值,以及相应半径对应的甩尾和道路宽度建议值。研究成果可供风机道路设计及建设参考,也可用于风机运输道路相关标准规范的制定。
As the wind power equipments are heavy and long, the conditions of highway alignment indexes are special in wind farm. The typical vehicle for air blower transportation is chosen. Based on its turning stability and traveling track, the traverse sliding stability, overturning stability and whipping suspension steady-state turn are analyzed systemically. The results show that the horizontal curve radii are mainly influenced by whipping suspension steady-state turn for air blower transportation highway. The common and limited horizontal curve minimum radii are suggested. The corresponding whipping suspen- sion and highway width are also put forward. The research results can be reference for air blower transportation highway design and construction, and also be adopted for related specification.
