With the rapid development of WeChat, the business of administrative WeChat has been maturing and has been utilized as a new informative media and public relations platform of the government. The application of WeChat has played an important part of public opinion communication, implementing for-the-people principle of the government, constructing transparent administration and advocating positivity. However, the application of We- Chat also has the following problems ： lack of practical functionality ; lack of communication ; slow response ; superior status. With regard to these problems, certain measures, including better content, more interaction, efficient updates and people-friendly expression voice, should be taken, so that administrative WeChat can be a new govern- ment-people communication platform and play its rote of a public service function.
