将国内外价格差异变量引入到传统Rotterdam模型中,并用这种改进模型分析了2001~2013年间中国煤炭进口的需求弹性。验证了改进模型能够明显提高估算效果,发现中国煤炭市场对各来源国的支出系数、自价格系数、交叉系数和价差系数等参数在大小和方向上有所差异,据此分析了各来源国的煤炭需求特征和相互竞争能力,为国内煤炭企业指明了应对不同来源国煤炭的竞争策略。
By introducing the variable of price-discrepancy between domestic and foreign, this article modifies the traditional Rotterdam model and applies it to analyze the import demand elasticity of Chinese coal market. Besides approving this modi- fication is reasonable since it improves estimation effect, the results also reveals that expenditure parameter, self-price pa- rameter, cross-price parameter and price-difference parameter of different importing countries are different obviously, which indicates different demand character and competition ability. Based on these results, it puts forward the competition strategy for getting marketing advantage.
