制冷循环性能测试装置制冷剂R22替代研究

对工程热力学实验之制冷循环性能测试装置的R22制冷剂替代进行理论热力循环计 算与物性分析,确定R290作为直接充灌绿色环保制冷剂替代候选,未更换其它部件并进行试 验,研究表明:R290替代R22后,制冷剂充注量约为59.3%,降低了 R290泄露爆燃危险;单位质量压缩耗功、单位质量制冷量及COP均提高,但由于制冷剂质量流量下降,故 R290 时压缩机耗功较小,而制冷量及COP较大;有回热制冷循环比无回热时压缩机耗功、制冷量 及 COP均提高,而制冷量及COP提高更多,因此回热有利.通过大学生创新实践,丰富了实 验装置的功能、提高了学生对制冷系统的理解和操作能力,及对环保、节能和创新的意识.

英文摘要:

The theoretical refrigeration cycle and physical property analysis of refrigeration perform-ance test experimental device were researched,which is one of the experiments of engineering thermo-dynamics. And the R290 is an appropriate substitute environment friendly refrigerant to directly filling. So no other parts were replaced and were experimental researched. The results show that: the refriger-ant charge quantity is 59. 3% after R290 substitute R22, so the risk of leak deflagration reduces. The unit compression work,unit refrigeration capacity and COP rise,but because of the mass flow of refrig-erant decreases,the unit compression work is less and the unit refrigeration capacity and COP are big-ger. All the compression work,refrigeration capacity and COP increase in regenerative refrigeration cy- cle,but refrigeration capacity and COP increase more,so the regenerative refrigeration cycle is better. By this innovative practicing,the function of the experimental setup enriches,and the ability of com-prehension and practice of refrigeration are enhanced to students,as well as the consciousness of envi-ronmental protection,energy saving and innovation.
