High-growth firm is an important type of entrepreneurial firm,which plays an important role in economic development.Based on the review of literatures on the evaluation of high-growth firms,this paper analyzes driving forces in the perspectives of entrepreneur,competitive strategy and management.Combining practices of domestic firm growth,analytical framework is established and suggestions are put forward.
