In this article, the length of classified water - front resources along Wuwei County reaches of the Changjiang River is figured out using remote sensing and geography information system. The exploitation condition of the water-front resources along Wuwei County reaches of the Changjiang River is evaluated through selecting indexes such as water depth, riverbank stability, water route width and reach-land width. The results indicate that the ratio of the eminent water-front resources of Wuwei county is high, and there is enough water-front resources to build ports and mill. Then some guidance and suggestion on different section of riverbank are put forward.
