本文运用非参数的曼奎斯特生产率指数方法,测算了江苏省2003—2009年间制造业全要素生产率的时序演进和空间分布的基本特征。结果表明,十年间,江苏制造业行业全要素生产率呈现不断增长趋势,年均增长率4.3%,其中制造业技术进步年均增长率2%,技术效率增进年均增长率为2.3%。制造业行业全要素生产率呈现不断增长趋势,主要原因得益于技术进步水平和技术效率的提高,而纯技术效率和规模效率则增长缓慢。因此,加快行业技术进步,提高纯技术效率和规模效率增进指数必将成为提升我省制造业行业全要素生产率的战略选择。

英文摘要：

This paper measures,applying the nonparametric Malmqusit index,the temporal and spatial nature of manufacturing industry total factor productivity in Jiangsu province from 2003 to 2009.The results of this study indicate that total factor productivity grew at 4.3% annually with technical progress augmenting by 2% and the technology efficiency increasing by 2.3%.The main reason of the increasing of the manufacturing industry total factor productivity was the enhancement of technological progress and efficiency of technology,while pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency slow growth.Therefore,improving the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency will become a strategic choice to speed up the total factor productivity of manufacturing industry.
