本文在全面认识外资代工模式主导下本土企业的发展现状、所处困境的基础上，基于指标体系设计原则，综合考虑了我国本土企业升级特有的经济属性，构建了本土企业升级的评价指标体系。该指标体系在一定的理论假说基础上，从显示性和解释性两个层面分别选取了三个企业产出指标和四大类投入指标来构建评价指标体系，以期能够全面、准确刻画出我国本土企业升级的历程和取得的绩效，并就评价方法及其应用作了简单介绍。

英文摘要：

On the basis of comprehensive understanding the status quo and dilemma of the local enterprise led by foreign subcontracting, according to the design principles for the indicator system, considering the economic attributes of the national local enterprise upgrading fully, this article constructs the evaluation indicator system of the local enterprise upgrading. This indicator system is based on some theory and selects two kinds of indicators, including revealed index and explanatory index. The revealed index contains three indexes and the explanatory index has four categories of indicators in order to reflect the evaluation process of the local enterprise upgrading and its achievement. Finally ,this article introduces the evaluate methods and its application.
