为了提高某冷轧厂连退机组平整机液压推上伺服系统试车的可靠性和成功率,应用AMESim 8a软件建立了平整机液压推上伺服系统的模型,通过虚拟实验确定合理参数,减少试车参数整定的不确定性,并对系统压靠过程动态工作特性进行了仿真分析。试验结果表明仿真数据与实测数据基本一致。所建立的仿真模型具有实际参考价值,为控制系统参数的优化提供了重要依据。
To improve reliability and success rate of test-drive of hydraulic push-up servo system in skinpass mill on continual anneal line at some cold rolling factory,the model of hydraulic push-up servo system was established by AMESim 8A for ascertaining parameters and decreasing uncertainty of adjusting parameter of test-drive in the process of virtual experiment.Simultaneously,simulation analysis on dynamic performance of roller rest in system was developed.Experimental result indicates that simulation data accord with actual measurements,so the established model has made sense for practical reference,and supplied with important basis for optimization design on parameters of control system.
