为了工业状态监测系统低成本、高可靠性的需求,设计提出了一种针对机泵群并以小型高速转子模型为试验对象的旋转机械振动状态监测分析系统。该系统应用前端信号调理模块和工控机为硬件,使用成熟的接口技术建立一个开放式的数据采集系统,在LabVIEW 7.1上搭建虚拟仪器平台,可分别对不同信号进行每通道50 kHz/s高速同步采样和分时复用采样,具有数据实时采集、信号分析处理和数据存储等功能。试验结果表明:该系统稳定性好,结构配置灵活,易于维护和扩展,具有较强的通用性和实用性。
For the requirement of the industrial condition-monitoring system with low cost and high performance, developed a vibration condition monitoring and testing system based on a minitype high-speed rotor test system. The system focused on the forepart signal processing module and the intergral software design based on virtual instrument. Sorts of interface technologies were applied to build an open data acquisition system, which both work on the 50 kHz/s high-speed parallel acquisition and slow data acquisition. The system realized the real-time data acquisition, signal processing and data exchang as a whole. The result of the sim- ulation experiment shows that the system has the capability of high stability and flexibility. It can be well maintained and expanded with better generality and practicability.
