英文摘要：

In the modem urban system, this paper constructs the modern urban governance system in which the market allocates resources under the guidance of the government. Then, we do comparative study the status quo and the gap of globaliza- tion of China＇s big cities, briefly summarize the strategic development trend of large cities in the world of the future, and offer some Suggestions for development strategy of Chinese cities. Looking at the future development planning, the global center city has focused on industrial innovation, fusion sustainable, livable city, city culture, profit business, green transportation, affor- dable housing and all-round development. In order to strengthen the sustainable competitiveness, from the construction and deve- lopment of the modern city management system, China big city globalization should improve the sustainable long-term safety of endogenous type city management mode, establish the development model of two wheeled driven by et~ciency and innovation of global city, continue to improve the international competitiveness of city industry, strengthen the global city service center func- tion, and realize the world development level of city region integration.
