目的 明确重庆地区人口跟骨超声骨密度检测参数的变化特点.方法 用定量超声骨密度仪对重庆地区2480例体检人员的跟骨进行测定,获得9个年龄组的骨质量指数(BQI)、超声速率(SOS)、宽波带超声衰减(BUA),并进行统计学分析.结果 女性各项参数值均显著低于男性,在30~39、50~59、60~69、70~79、80~89岁年龄段女性跟骨SOS较男性偏低,在40~49、50~59、60~69、70~79、80~89岁年龄段女性骨质疏松发生率高于男性,男女性跟骨SOS与年龄有关.结论 40岁以上女性及60岁以上男性进入骨量快速丢失期,应及早预防,并每年定期检查骨密度.
Objective To identify the characteristics of calcaeal ultransound parameters in Chongqing area. Methods The ealeaneal bone quality index (BQI), speed of ultrasound(SOS)and broadband ultrasonic attenuation (BUA)were measured in 2480 people in Chongqing area with quantitative ultrasound bone densitometer. Nine groups were classified according to their ages. Then statistic analysis were performed with SPSS. Results The average value of all the parameters in women are significantly lower than that in men. The SOS of women is lower than that in men of 30-39,50-59,60-69,70-79 and 80-89 years group respectively. The incidence of osteoporosis in women is higher than that in men of 40-49,50-59,60-69,70-79 and 80-89 years group.The value of caleaneal SOS is related to ages. Conclusion Women over 40 years old and men over 60 years old are in the period of rapid bone loss. They should prevent bone loss as early as possible and get bone mineral density examination every year.
