选择中国制造业的员工样本,验证真诚领导对员工满足感的影响。实证结果证实了依据社会学习理论、社会支持理论、资源存储理论等多个理论提出的多重中介模型,真诚领导与员工满足感显著正相关,建言行为与自我效能感在其中发挥中介作用。研究结果拓展了真诚领导对员工态度影响机制的理论研究,增强了对建言行为与自我效能感作为员工满足感前因变量的感知,对于制造业加强真诚领导培养提升员工满足感具有实践指导意义。
The paper chooses samples of employees in China' s manufacturing enterprises to test authentic leadership' s influence on employee satisfaction. The empirical results show that the multi - mediating model which relies on several theories such as social learning theory, social support theory and resource conservation theory. Authentic leadership is positively associated with employee satisfaction, and voice behaviors and self - efficiency act as the mediator. The results expand authentic leadership theory in the effect of authentic leadership on employees' attitude, increase the perception on voice behaviors and self - efficiency acting as antecedent variables of employee satisfaction, and have guiding significance on how to promote authentic leadership development to increase employee satisfaction in manufacturing industry.
