员工同工不同酬对新生代农民工流动具有重要影响。实证结果表明:当企业内存在同工不同酬现象时,会使新生代农民工产生流动意向,但是否流动还会进一步考虑流动成本以及就业率,当预期收益与迁移成本的差额大于原有企业的劳动报酬水平时,会选择流动,反之,则不流动。就业率的高低也会影响新生代农民工的流动决策,就业率越高其流动的可能性越大。
