目的探讨鼻咽癌细胞中EBER和GALC、Cyclin D1蛋白表达的意义。方法收集13例鼻咽黏膜慢性炎标本作为对照组,55例未分化型非角化性鼻咽癌标本作为实验组,用原位杂交法检测EBER表达,用免疫组化SP法检测GALC和Cyclin D1蛋白的表达。结果对照组和实验组中,EBER的表达阳性率分别为0%(0/13)和94.55%(52/55),GALC蛋白的表达阳性率分别为69.23%(9/13)和34.55%(19/55),Cyclin D1蛋白的表达阳性率分别为46.15%(6/13)和81.82%(45/55),组间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01或0.05)。55例鼻咽癌中GALC与Cyclin D1蛋白的阳性表达呈负相关(r=-0.285,P〈0.05)。结论 EBER、GALC、Cyclin D1可能在鼻咽癌的发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the significance of EBER, GALC and Cyclin D1 protein expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. Methods 15 cases of nasopharyngitis were collected as control group and 55 cases of undifferentiated nonkeratinized nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) were collected as control and experimental groups, respectively. Expression of EBER was detected by in situ hybridization. Expression of GLAC and Cyclin D1 protein was detected by immunhistochemical SP method. Results In control and experiment groups, positive expression rate of EBER was 0%(0/13) and 94.55%(52/55), respectively(P〈0.01). Positive expression rate of GALC protein was 69.23%(9/13) and 34.55%(19/55) in two groups, respectively(P〈0.05). Positive expression rate of Cyclin D1 protein was 46.15%(6/13) and 81.82%(45/55) in two groups, respectively(P〈0.05). It showed a significant negative correlation between the expression of GALC and Cyclin D1 protein in 55 cases of NPC(r=-0.285, P〈0.05). Conclusion EBER, GALC, Cyclin D1 may play important roles in the occurrence and development of NPC.
