于2012年8月到2013年7月每个月月初,采集安徽芜湖青弋江滩上的钉螺,压碎螺壳,分离其肝脏和头足部肌肉,用滤纸吸干组织外水分,收集各部分组织并称重,用硫酸一蒽酮比色法测定湖北钉螺各月份的肝、头足肌和整体软体组织的糖原浓度。结果显示,9月至次年的6月,整体软体组织和肝的糖原浓度逐月下降;6月雌性整体软体组织糖原浓度最低(055ug/mg),而雄性则在4月降至全年最低值(0.88ug/mg),雌、雄螺整体软体组织年平均值分别为2.99ug/mg和3.39ug/mg。肝糖原浓度5月最低(♀=0.29ug/mg,♂=0.22ug/mg),至8月同时达到最高(♀=2.49ug/mg,♂=2.78ug/mg),雌、雄螺肝糖原年平均值分别为1.09ug/mg和0.89ug/mg.头足肌糖原浓度从2月到6月逐月下降,6月最低(♀=0.25ug/mgg,♂=0.41ug/mg),12月达到最高(♀=16.59ug/mg,♂=10.06ug/mg),雌、雄螺头足肌糖原年平均值分别为7.99ug/mg和6.05ug/mg。整体软体组织糖原浓度与肝糖原浓度存在线性正相关关系(P〈0.05),且具有与肝糖原相似的月份变化规律。雌、雄螺的头足肌糖原浓度与整体软体组织和肝的糖原浓度呈线性正相关关系(P〈O.05),头足肌糖原与整体软体组织和肝糖原浓度变化规律有部分相同。
Oncomelania hupensis snails were collected from Qingyi River of Wuhu City from August 2012 to July 2013. Livers and pedal muscles of snails were dissected. Anthrone colorimetric method was used to evaluate the glycogen concentrations of whole-body, liver and muscle. The concentration of whole-body and liver glycogen decreased from September to next June. The whole body glycogen content in female (0.55 ug/mg) and male (0.88 ug/mg) snails was the lowest in June and April, respectively. The mean whole-body glycogen concentration in females and males was 2.99 and 3.39 ug/mg, respectively. Liver glycogen concentration was lowest in May( ♀=0.29 ug/mg, ♂ =0.22 ug/mg), and reached peak level in August (♀ =2.49 ug/mg, ♂ =2.78 p.g/mg), The average liver glycogen concentration in female and male snails was 1.09 and 0.89 p.g/mg, respectively. The muscle glycogen concentration gradually decreased from February to June, the lowest was found in June ( ♀ =0.25 txg/mg, ♂ =0.41 ug/mg), and reached peak level in December ( ♀ =16.59 ug/mg, ♂=10.06 ug/mg). The average muscle glycogen concentration in female and male snails was 7.99 and 6.05 ug/mg, respectively. There was a positive linear correlation between whole-body and liver glycogen concentrations (P〈0.05), and both of them had the similar trend in their monthly change. A positive linear correlation was found among whole-body, liver and muscle glycogen concentrations (P〈0.05).
