Sustainable development and CSR all have rich connotations, .At the same time , they have close intrinsic links. Sustainable development is the goal and content of CSR, and CSR is the way and motivation of sustainable development. On the goal of sustainable development, the CSR implementation mechanism should be composed of external pressures and internal powers.In the process from passive to active conversion, the leading role of external pressures gradually becomes weak; but the leading role of internal powers gradually becomes stronger. The interaction between the internal and external driving mechanism determines the process speed of dynamic evolution. Corporates always are the main, so internal powers are only fundamental determinants of effective CSR.
