本文在分析科技成果、技术成熟度、成果转化相互关系的基础上,划分了成果转化的主要阶段。针对不同阶段的特征,分析了所涉及主体的定位与行为方式,并通过与实现情况的对比,提出基于成果转化阶段与不同主体的有关建议,旨在为推进中国成果转化、落实创新驱动战略提供有效的理论与方法支持。
Based on the research of interacting relationship among science and technology achievement, technology readiness level and achievement transferring, main stages of achievement transferring are divided. According to the character of different stages, related subjects and their behaviors are analyzed. Through the compariso.l with practical condition, related suggestions are offered based on a- chievement transferring stages and different subjects, the purpose is to put forward effective academic theory and method support for ac- celerating achievement transferring and implementing innovation-driven strategy.
