运用DEA交叉评价模型,实证分析各省市公共科技金融资金的配置效率、市场科技金融资金的配置效率与整体科技金融资金的配置效率。研究结果表明：各省市间科技金融资金的配置效率存在较大差异,整体上看,我国公共科技金融资金的配置效率呈现出一定上升趋势,而市场科技金融资金与整体科技金融资金的配置效率在一定区间内波动,无明显趋势。
英文摘要：
DEA cross-evaluation model is adopted to analyze fund allocation efficiencies of public sci-tech fi- nance, market sci-tech finance and whole sci-tech finance using. The results show that allocation efficiencies of sci-tech finance fund are quite different among provinces and cities. Taking provinces and cities as a whole, alloca- tion effieiencies of public sci-tech finance fund show an upward tendency, while allocation efficiencies of market sci -tech finance fund and whole sci-tech finance fund fluctuate in a certain interval, and have no obvious trend.
