基于新疆6个地州701份调查问卷数据,运用Ordinal Logistic回归模型分析个人禀赋、民族特质和就业能力对维族农民外出务工意愿的影响。结果表明:个人禀赋条件中的性别与文化程度,民族特质中的语言沟通能力,就业能力中的就业技能、务工收入预期和就业机会识别能力正向影响显著,年龄、外出务工风险态度、宗教活动参加在意程度和务工居住条件在意程度负向影响显著。清真饮食在意程度和务工经验因素没有通过显著性检验。
This article uses Ordinal Logistic regression models to analysis the effect of individual endowments、ethnic traits and employability on migrant wishes of Uighur rural laborers based on 701 questionnaires from 6 prefectures in Xinjiang. The results showed that gender and education level,language communication skills, employment skills, income expected and employment opportunities recognition capabilities had a positive effect on the migrant willingness, while age, migrant risk attitude, care of religious activities participation and living conditions had significantly negative effect. And care of Islamic dietary and migrant experience did not have significant effect.
