针对动态变化的内外部环境,识别团队质量缺陷管理的影响因素是加强团队质量缺陷管理的重要途径。基于医学类比隐喻视角,使用释意理论sensemaking识别团队质量缺陷管理的影响因素。在影响因素识别基础上,使用集对分析方法,依据微观层次和宏观层次的模糊提取规则,实证识别团队质量监视、团队质量防御和团队质量记忆的影响因素及微宏观模糊规则。研究发现,按照影响方向和影响强度排序,团队质量监视的影响因素包括团队承诺、团队注意力配置及团队差序氛围,团队质量防御的影响因素包括团队领导行为、团队活力、团队努力与监督、团队行为整合、团队心理安全感、团队集体认知,团队质量记忆的影响因素包括团队授权氛围、互惠性偏好及团队内部社会资本。研究为完善团队质量缺陷管理理论提供初始理论依据,为在实践环节识别团队质量缺陷管理的影响因素、提升团队质量绩效提供指导。
In view of dynamic change of internal and external environment, identifying influence factors of team ,quality defect management is an important way to strengthen team quality defect management. Based on medical analogical metaphorical, this study uses interpretive theory to iden- tify influence factors of team quality defect management. On the basis of influence factors of team quality defect management, this study adopts pair analysis and fuzzy extraction of micro level and macro level t'o empirically identify influence factors, micro and macro fuzzy extraction rules of team quality monitoring, team quality defense and team quality memory. The research shows that ac- cording to the order of influence direction and influence strength, influence factors of team quality monitoring include team commitment, team attention allocation and team difference atmosphere. In- fluence factors of team quality defense include team leader behavior, team vitality, team effort and supervision, team behavior integration, team psychological security, and team collective cognition. Influence factors of team quality memory include reciprocal preference, team authorization atmos- phere and team social capital. The research is to provide theoretical basis for team quality defect management theory, render guidance for identifying influence factors of team quality defect manage- ment and improve team quality performance in practice operations.
