本文利用中国科学院13所分院的统计数据,基于知识生产、知识转移和知识传播的三维视角以及复杂系统理论中经典的“B—z”反应模型对科研院所协同创新活跃度进行了研究。研究发现:科研院所的协同创新活跃度差距明显,并与外部投入强度保持一致性,科研院所的协同创新活跃度存在地域差异,东部科研院所协同创新活跃度明显高于中西部地区;各分院在知识生产、知识转移和知识传播三个方面表现出差异性倾向;基于科研院所协同创新系统的演化程度将科研院所分为活跃型协同创新系统、平稳型协同创新系统和一般型协同创新系统。
In virtue of the three - dimensional perspective of knowledge production, knowledge dissemination and knowledge transfer, as well as the classical 'B -Z' reaction model in the complex system theory, this paper utilized the statistics from 13 branches of Chinese Academy of Sciences to analyze the collaborative innovation activity in research institutes. It is indicated the apparent disparity among of scientific research institutes, which is consistent with the external input. Meanwhile, there are re- gional differences in collaborative innovation activity among research institutes, which means that the collaborative innovation ac- tivity of eastern region is significantly higher than the central and western regions. In addition, the difference tendency presents in the knowledge production, knowledge transfer and knowledge dissemination within each branch of the research institutes. Based on the evolution degree of the collaborative innovation system in the 13 branches of Chinese Academy of Sciences the research in- stitutes, in this paper can be divided into 3 types namely the active type, the smooth type and the general type.
