基于整合和互动角度对科研院所的价值创造进行双维度分析，运用PP-SFA方法测度了中国科学院12所分院的价值创造效率，分析了影响科研院所价值创造效率的影响因素。研究结果发现：2009-2014年中国科学院整体的价值创造效率偏低，效率均值为0．58，存在很大的提升空间；价值创造产出与人力和资金投入同步增长，各地区的价值创造效率差距明显；科院院所的价值创造与应用导向和跨学科研究具有正相关关系，资金来源结构对科研院所的价值创造效率有负向影响。
英文摘要：
Based on the integration and interaction perspective, this paper conducted a double - dimensional analysis of the value creation of scientific research institutes, utilized the projection pursuit and stochastic frontier model （ PP - SFA） method to measure the value creation efficiency of 12 CAS branches, and analyzed the factors which influence the value creation efficiency. It is indicated that the overall value creation efficiency of CAS in 2009 -2014 is low and its mean is 0.58, which could be improved significantly ; The value creation output grows in step with the input of labor and capital, and the disparities between regions was marked in the value creation efficiency ; scientific research institutes of value creation efficiency and application direction and the interdisciplinary research has the positive con＇elation, and capital source structure has a negative impact on the value creation efficiency of scientific research institutes.
