采用高精度工业CT获取大量断层图像,首先对重建后的三维空隙各体积参数进行研究,统计各空隙的测量值,掌握其分布特性;对不同成型方法、路面不同层位取芯试件中的面空隙沿深度方向的分布情况进行研究。研究结果表明:对马歇尔成型的试件,其面空隙率沿试件深度方向不断变化;对旋转压实成型的试件,在30~105 mm高度范围内其面空隙率分布较均匀;上、中、下面层取芯的试件,三者的面空隙率变化趋势基本相同,面空隙率最大值都出现在试件上部。
High-precision industrial computerized tomography was used to obtain batch of slice images,the volume parameters of 3-D air voids was studied after reconstruction,statistic of each measurement value of air void was made,and the distribution characteristics were obtained.Distribution of area ratio of air void along specimen’s depth was also researched for different compaction methods and bore-hole samples.The results show that the area ratio of air void changes along specimen’s depth for Marshall compaction,and area ratio of air void changes little at the depth of 30-105 mm for gyratory compaction.Area ratio of air void has the same trend for upper,middle and lower layer bore-hole samples,and the biggest area ratio of air void appears on the sample top.
