对研发的新型冷拌环氧改性合成沥青快速修补材料进行了性能试验评价,通过拉伸试验确定材料最佳比例,进行冷拌环氧沥青混合料配合比设计,对环氧沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定度、高温车辙、小梁弯曲、水稳定性、耐油污性能等进行综合比较评价,并与应用较广泛的日本TAF环氧沥青混合料进行了性能对比分析,试验结果显示研发的新型快速修补环氧沥青混合料具有良好的路用性能,可用于钢桥面铺装维修和高性能路面铺装工程。
The performances of newly developed fast-curing materials of novel cold-mix epoxymodified synthetic asphalt were studied through experiments. The optimum ratio of materials was determined by tensile test. The mix proportion of cold-mix epoxy asphalt mixture was designed. The performances of Marshall Stability,high temperature rutting,trabecular bending,water stability and oil resistant of this epoxy asphalt mixture were comprehensively compared and evaluated. The performance of this material was analyzed comparatively with TAF epoxy asphalt. The results showed that this material has good pavement performance and can be used in the steel deck pavement repairing and high performance pavement applications.
