利用X-ray CT扫描沥青混合料试样,获取混合料内部真实细观结构的CT图像。重点对沥青混合料的三维重构算法进行研究,提出实现三维重构的关键:像素单元体与节点匹配技术。通过构建像素单元体和节点的三维空间维度以及相互逻辑匹配关系,建立初步的三维数值模型,在此基础上,采用指针扫描对数值模型中的混合料单元体进行提取,同时按照空间实际分布形态准确分割出混合料中的集料、砂胶和空隙。
X-ray CT was used to scan the asphalt specimen, the CT images were obtained and the real internal structure of concrete was captured. According to three dimensional (3D) reconstruction theory, the 3D reconstruction algorithm was investigated. The key reconstruction technique that is matching technique between pixel elements and nodes matching was developed. The preliminary numerical model was built up through reconstructing 3D spatial coordinates of elements and nodes matching. The pointer scanning was performed to extract the concrete elements from the whole elements. Meanwhile, aggregates, mastic and voids were segmented in accordance with their real spatial distributions.
