不同粗纤维水平饲粮对鲁烟白猪肥育性能及胴体肉品质的影响

选择2015年春季出生的生长发育良好、胎次相近、体重30 kg左右的鲁烟白猪仔猪96头为研究对象,随机分为3组,试验1组32头饲喂低纤维水平饲粮,试验2组32头饲喂中等纤维水平饲粮,试验3组32头饲喂高纤维水平饲粮。每组3个重复,每个重复10~12头。结果表明:不同粗纤维水平饲粮对鲁烟白猪30~100 kg的平均日增重和料重比影响不显著。饲粮粗纤维水平对鲁烟白猪屠宰率和眼肌面积影响显著,对肉质性状中的b值及肌纤维直径影响显著。屠宰率和眼肌面积都以低纤维水平组最高,分别比中等纤维水平组和高纤维水平组提高2.94%(P〈0.05)、0.34%(P〉0.05)和15.25%(P〈0.05)、10.94%(P〉0.05)。b值以高纤维水平组较高,分别比低纤维水平组和中等纤维水平组提高21.30%(P〈0.05)、13.88%(P〉0.05);肌纤维直径以低纤维水平组和高纤维水平组较粗,分别比中等纤维水平组提高20.85%(P〈0.05)、14.34%(P〈0.05)。不同粗纤维水平饲粮对鲁烟白猪背最长肌的甘氨酸和胱氨酸含量影响显著,甘氨酸和胱氨酸含量都以高纤维水平组最高,分别比低纤维水平组和中等纤维水平组提高5.26%(P〈0.05)、2.04%(P〉0.05)、8.00%(P〉0.05)、17.39%(P〈0.05)。不同粗纤维水平饲粮对鲁烟白猪背最长肌脂肪酸影响不显著。综合分析,鲁烟白猪适宜的饲粮粗纤维水平生长期为8%,肥育期为10%。

In the study, 96 healthy piglets of weight 30 kg, born in the spring of 2015, were selected, randomly divided into three groups. Group 1(n=32), Group 2(n=32) and Group 3(n=32) were feed diets with low, middle and high crude fibre levels, respectively. The results indicated that diets with different crude fibre levels did not significantly affect the average daily gain(ADG) and Feed/gain ratio of 30 ~100 kg weight period. Diets with different crude fibre levels significantly affected dressing percentage, eye muscle area, b value and fibre diameter. Dressing percentage and eye muscle area were highest in pigs fed diet with low crude fibre levels had,and compared with middle and high levels, it improved 2.94%(P〈0.05), 0.34%(P〉0.05)and 15.25%(P〈0.05),10.94%(P〉0.05) respectively. B value was highest in pigs fed diet with high crude fibre levels had, and compared with low and middle levels, it improved 21.30%(P〈0.05) and 13.88%(P〉0.05) respectively. Fibre diameter was highest in pigs fed diet with low and high crude fibre levels had, and compared with middle levels,it improved 20.85%(P〈0.05) and 14.34%(P〈0.05) respectively. Diets with different crude fibre level significantly affected Gly and cystine. Gly and cystine were highest in pigs fed diet with high crude fibre levels had, and compared with low and middle levels, it improved 5.26%(P〈0.05), 2.04%(P〉0.05)and 8.00%(P〉0.05), 17.39%(P〈0.05)respectively. Diets with different crude fibre level did not significantly affected the content of fatty acid.Comprehensive analysis, adequate diets crude fibre level of Luyan white pig in growing period was 8%, that of fattening period was 10%.
