肾脏病理是肾脏病专科医师培训的重点和难点。案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)是以学生为中心,以真实案例为内容的教师-学生互动式教学方法。将案例教学法引入肾脏病理教学可大大提高学生对肾脏病理知识的掌握和运用,值得推广。
Renal pathology is the key point and difficulty in the training of nephrologist. Case- based learning is defined as a teaching method that invovles the student- centered and student- teacher interacted exploration of realistic and specific cases. The use of case- based learning in renal pathology teaching will improve the students' knowledge and application of renal pathology.
