技术接受模型(TAM)已得到很多国内外学者的关注。基于其理论基础与研究成果,并结合移动图书馆的特点,引入社会影响、感知成本以及个体创新三个外部变量,本文试图研究学生和工作人员这两个群体在对待移动图书馆这种新技术方面存在的差异。研究结果支持了TAM模型中两个核心变量(感知易用性和感知有用性)对使用移动图书馆行为意向的影响,同时发现感知成本和个体创新对其行为意向也产生一定的影响。
Based on the Technology Acceptance Model and questionnaire surveys, this paper seeks to explore the differences between students and staffs’ perspectives toward mobile library. According to the features of mobile library,this paper introduces three variables such as social influence, perceived cost and personal innovativeness. On the whole,the current study suppors the two core variables of the TAM( perceived ease of use and usefulness),as well as perceived cost and personal innovativeness that may predict users’ behavioral intention to use mobile library.
