殿会坪隧道是常吉高速公路中的一座双向四车道连拱隧道,进口段地质条件复杂,存在明显的偏压现象.左洞开挖过程中右洞出现初支环向开裂,边墙混凝土剥落,地表出现裂缝并有增大趋势,同时洞内周边收敛、拱顶下沉和地表沉降突然增大,变形速率加快.采取及时跟进二次衬砌和导管注浆加固洞内周边围岩的措施,右洞洞身变形和地表沉降得到控制.二衬应力测试结果反映,二衬内力小于设计强度,满足工程要求.图5,参8.
The port segment of Dianhuiping Tunnel on Changji highway has complex geologic conditions and obvious unsynnnetrical pressure phenomenon, which is a multi-arch tunnel of bidirectional four roadways .The first support of right tunnel appear round crack , the concrete on the wall scale off, the gound surface appear crack and aggrandize unceasingly, As well as the monitoring numerical value of level convergence, vault sedimentation and ground settlement increase abrupdy, velocity of transmutation quicken. Constructing secondary lining in time and infusing grout with pipe in circumjacent surrounding rock are adopted , therefore, the deformation of right tunnel rockmass and ground setdement are controled. With testing result of the internal force in lining, the value is smaller than design intensity and satisfy project requst. 5figs., 8refs.
