But it relied on on scientific and technological innovation（STI）to cultivate new growth momentum worthy of our reference.On the basis of analyzing the current economic situation,development trend and promoting the structural reform experience with innovation as the core,the paper puts forward the suggestions from four aspects：focusing on the leading role of STI in China’s national strategy,putting the supply-side structural reform with STI as the core into the legal system,maintaining the long-term stable investment of STI,and generate new momentum for economic development.
