辣椒素受体是机体的一个重要的感受伤害性刺激的信号分子,激活辣椒素受体,可调节胃内感觉传入神经末梢和胃黏膜细胞释放降钙素基因相关肽、P物质等,对多种刺激引起的胃黏膜损伤起到保护作用。因此,辣椒素受体可被作为药物治疗的新靶点,在新药开发中具有重要的潜在价值。主要综述了辣椒素受体的结构和激活,并对近几年辣椒素受体在胃内的分布和保护作用机制研究做了较系统的介绍。
Vanilloid receptor is an important signal molecular responding to the noxious stimuli. The activation of vanilloid receptor regulates the release of calcitonin-related peptide and substance P from the gastric sensory afferent nerval endings and mucosal cells, protective for the gastric mucosal injuries from multiple stimulators. Thus, vanilloid receptor is a new target of pharmacotherapy and potential valuable in the development of new drugs. This paper mainly reviewed the structure and activation of vanilloid receptor and systematically described the recent studies on the gastric distribution and protective mechanisms of vanillold receptor.
